A “Real World: New Orleans” housemate urinated on a rival’s toothbrush and used it to scrub a toilet, sickening the other resident during filming of the upcoming season of the long-running reality TV show, according to a police report filed on the incident. The aggrieved housemate, Ryan Leslie, blamed the tainted toothbrush for a subsequent illness, and summoned police to the Uptown New Orleans house in the 1600 block of Dufossat Street. Though police conducted interviews and confiscated evidence, no one was arrested. ( Read the official New Orleans Police report (warning: offensive language.) The incident flies in the face of the producers’ penchant for secrecy.

In Date Night , a comedy in theaters April 9, Tina Fey and Steve Carell play a married couple with kids whose rare romantic evening on the town goes haywire thanks to an epic case of mistaken identity. Instead of sipping fine wine and strolling through Central Park, they flee dirty cops, seek help from a pathologically shirtless weapons expert (played by Mark Wahlberg), and attempt a comically inept routine at a strip club. Naturally, then, one of the first questions we asked the costars was what would happen if their hapless small-screen alter egos, 30 Rock ’s Liz Lemon and The Office ’s Michael Scott, went on a date of their own

LOS ANGELES – Fess Parker, a baby-boomer idol in the 1950s who launched a craze for coonskin caps as television’s Davy Crockett, died Thursday of natural causes. He was 85. Family spokeswoman Sao Anash said Parker, who was also TV’s Daniel Boone and later a major California winemaker and developer, died at his Santa Ynez Valley home. His death comes on the 84th birthday of his wife of 50 years, Marcella. “She’s a wreck,” Anash said, adding Parker was coherent and speaking with family just minutes before his death. Funeral arrangements will be announced later.

Death Becomes Lady Gaga…and Meryl Streep?

Drop everything! This Facebook petition for a Meryl Streep and Lady Gaga collaboration needs 1,000,000 members , at which point the Academy Award-winning actress will immediately kneel down at the doorstep of the Haus of Gaga and ask where she should go to be fitted for a dog collar composed of tiny steaming waffles or something. If this somehow really happens, Streep should definitely reprise her role as actress Madeline Ashton in Robert Zemeckis’ 1992 dark comedy Death Becomes Her. Gaga would obviously become Lisle von Rhoman (Isabella Rossellini, semi-pictured), because she’s super sultry and the bearer of magical potions. You cannot tell me the following trailer isn’t a Lady Gaga video waiting to sneak up on/make out with you in a ladies’ prison.
