For True Blood co-stars Stephen Moyer , 40, and Anna Paquin , 27, the result may just be an ending fit for a fairytale. The couple, who began dating in 2008, announced their engagement last August, and remain blissfully in love. “We met during the show,” he tells me during Cosmopolitan’s Fun Fearless Males Awards held last week in NYC. “Because the crew, the cameramen, the actors and everyone grew up watching us, they’ve seen every single move I’ve ever made on her.” Were Stephen and Anna hesitant that they were courting disaster? “It’s quite fun when it’s not rolling,” he says

Fans of True Blood have been teased by talk of a same-sex storyline in the supernatural hit, and now the show’s boss reveals that the season two finale, in which Sam Merlotte drank Bill Compton’s blood, has romantic consequences for the bar owner. In Season three the two hunks fighting for Sookie’s love have forged a deep bond after Bill, played by Stephen Moyer , donated his blood to save Sam ( Sam Trammell ), reports EW.com . True Blood head honcho Alan Ball says that in season three, the men have “not just any connection, an erotic connection.” Ball also gives a sneak peek into another same-sex story line: Lafayette’s new love interest Jesus (played by Kevin Alejandro ). Tara’s cousin “is very guarded and Jesus is a guy who is willing to knock down some of those guards,” he says. “[Though] it’s not an easy relationship, they have a lot in common. They’re both shamans of sorts, healers, so there’s a reason they get brought together.

Alexander Skarsgård plays lone vampire Eric Northman in True Blood , and as difficult as it is to believe, the Swedish sex-bomb insists he’s unattached off-screen as well as on. Despite rumors of romance with Straw Dogs co-star Kate Bosworth , Alexander told E! News on the Golden Globes red carpet last night, “I’m single!” But, the nordic hunk admitted he’s looking for a girl with ”a sense of humor,” and he’s not necessarily looking to date a woman in the industry. “I don’t think that matters,” he said. “There are pros and cons to both. It’s about a connection. I don’t really care what they do for a living if the connection is there.” Meanwhile, he dished about the third season of True Blood which premieres in June
