Fans of True Blood have been teased by talk of a same-sex storyline in the supernatural hit, and now the show’s boss reveals that the season two finale, in which Sam Merlotte drank Bill Compton’s blood, has romantic consequences for the bar owner. In Season three the two hunks fighting for Sookie’s love have forged a deep bond after Bill, played by Stephen Moyer , donated his blood to save Sam ( Sam Trammell ), reports EW.com . True Blood head honcho Alan Ball says that in season three, the men have “not just any connection, an erotic connection.” Ball also gives a sneak peek into another same-sex story line: Lafayette’s new love interest Jesus (played by Kevin Alejandro ). Tara’s cousin “is very guarded and Jesus is a guy who is willing to knock down some of those guards,” he says. “[Though] it’s not an easy relationship, they have a lot in common. They’re both shamans of sorts, healers, so there’s a reason they get brought together.

Alexander Skarsgård plays lone vampire Eric Northman in True Blood , and as difficult as it is to believe, the Swedish sex-bomb insists he’s unattached off-screen as well as on. Despite rumors of romance with Straw Dogs co-star Kate Bosworth , Alexander told E! News on the Golden Globes red carpet last night, “I’m single!” But, the nordic hunk admitted he’s looking for a girl with ”a sense of humor,” and he’s not necessarily looking to date a woman in the industry. “I don’t think that matters,” he said. “There are pros and cons to both. It’s about a connection. I don’t really care what they do for a living if the connection is there.” Meanwhile, he dished about the third season of True Blood which premieres in June

It was bound to happen — like all one-hit anthems, “Pants on the Ground,” the tune made instantly famous last week on American Idol , has now gone pro… Pro football that is. Yesterday, after Brett Favre and his Minnesota Vikings beat the Dallas Cowboys to move one step closer to the Super Bowl, the legendary quarterback led his team in a hurried version of the anti-droopy-slacks anthem. FYI, the song’s creator, 63-year-old Larry Platt , is due to appear on The View later today.

Jason Davis Leaves Rehab One Day After Tom Arnold’s Intervention, Meets With "Lawyer"
One day after Tom Arnold staged an intervention Jason Davis left drug rehab, RadarOnline.com has learned exclusively. Davis, apparently angered by the intervention, met with powerhouse Los Angeles attorney Gloria Allred on Saturday in Malibu. Arnold and Jason’s brother Alexander grabbed Jason from an apartment in Los Angeles and put him in rehab. They had the full support of Jason’s mother, who acknowledged in a statement to RadarOnline.com that Jason is an addict. But things did not go smoothly. Jason is reportedly upset about the intervention even though his loved ones believe he will die if he does not get help.
