Tom Felton talks about the final day of filming of Deathly Hallows

Tom Felton spoke about Draco Malfoy’s darker, dubious, and nearly redemptive turn in the last installments of the Harry Potter series, Deathly Hallows, last month at the San Diego Comic-Con with MTV Brazil. Tom gave a bit more detail about the final day of Deathly Hallows production, which took place on June 12, 2010, in the new interview. He stated that when filming had completed, the cast and crew initially gave each other “awkward handshakes and hugs,” though after having watched the 20-minute trailer and montage of the eight-film series, everyone was in tears. Tom also confirmed that although he has collaborated with Six Strings production, he will not be making a record, just recording some new music. source

Emma Stone Embraces Her New Skanky Reputation

After a very lackluster summer blockbuster season (let’s face it, “Inception” really was no “The Dark Knight”), we’re really looking forward to the fall and winter movies. We have to wait until October for “The Social Network” and November for “Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows,” but fortunately we only need to wait until September 17 for the upcoming Emma Stone’s comedy, “Easy A.” To make waiting time a little easier, here’s an exclusive clip from the film. You just might fall in love with the entire film (and Emma all over again) based on this two-minute sneak, because we most certainly did. In case you need a refresher on the plot, Emma plays Olive Penderghast (hence the “I love” comment) whose little white lie about how she lost her virginity hit the rumor mill at her high school. Since she’s reading “The Scarlet Letter” in school, she finds her life paralleling Hester Prynne’s, so she sews on that red ‘A’ and embraces her new bad reputation to advance socially and financially.

Tickets go on sale to the general public on August 14 at 9 a.m. In the exhibit, guests will be able to experience dramatic displays inspired by the Harry Potter film sets and see the amazing craftsmanship behind authentic costumes and props from the films.
