Lindsay Lohan spent about six hours answering questions pertaining to a lawsuit filed by three men who claim she commandeered their SUV to chase her former assistant after a party. The ride resulted in Lohan’s second arrest for drunken driving this year. She has already been punished by the county of Los Angeles for her many alcohol-related mistakes in 2007. “Lindsay sat through an absurdly long deposition, and answered every question truthfully and honestly,” eonline.com quoted Lohan’s attorney Ed McPherson as saying. “We are anxious to go to trial so that she will be vindicated once and for all.” 1 2

USA will use last summer’s big hit “White Collar” to launch what it hopes will be its next warm-weather success story– the Doug Liman-produced Piper Perabo action adventure “Covert Affairs.” After shifting to Tuesdays in January to wrap up its first season, “White Collar” will return for its second season on July 13.
