The tattoo model took to Twitter late yesterday to say to her followers: “go drink some haterade!” and “suck it!” Meanwhile, the New York Post and TMZ are reporting that McGee – in court papers filed in January relating to her custody battle over her son Avery, 5, with ex-husband Shane Modica – is painted as a racist who uses drugs and holds porn photo shoots inside her home. Danica McKellar and her husband of one year, Mike Verta, are expecting their first child this fall. “I’m nearing the end of my first trimester and I’m so excited – I’ve been bursting to tell people,” says McKellar, 35, who played Winnie on The Wonder Years, tells PEOPLE exclusively. However, she originally put off confirming her suspicions. “I was in the middle of a really intense deadline for my book,” explains McKellar, whose third tome, Hot X: Algebra Exposed, comes out in August. “I wanted to put off the [pregnancy] test because I didn’t want any distractions. That only lasted a day – I couldn’t stop thinking about it and I caved! You can’t try to put that off.” Initially, even McKellar herself couldn’t believe the news.

That’s the challenge presented to Twentieth Century Fox Home Entertainment, which on Tuesday will announce some unconventional plans for the DVD and Blu-ray release of the highest-grossing film in the history of Hollywood box office. “Avatar” will hit stores on April 22, and instead of a disc loaded with extras, it will be just the opposite — a lean-and-mean approach with only the movie and a relatively simple menu function, a move made to exploit every bit of disc space for the top-of-the-line audio and video presentation of the film, according to the movie’s producer, Jon Landau. In fact, according to sources at Fox, “Avatar” will make history as the first Blu-ray new release from a major studio to hit stores without a single trailer or promotional content of any kind
