Pick me! Katie Price offers to fill in for Cheryl Cole as X Factor judge

She readily admits she’s not the best singer in the world – but Katie Price still seems to think she would make a good X Factor judge. The 32-year-old model, who is promoting her new single this week, says she’d love to fill in for Cheryl Cole on the hit show while she’s recovering from malaria. Laying out her credentials for the role, the mother of three admitted many might be shocked if she was appointed, but told Metro: ‘I’ve got ears and can still hear things and can see looks,’ adding: ‘Simon knows where I am.’ Source Katie was on the promotional trail again today plugging her track Free To Love Again. The dance song is currently languishing at number 51 in the iTunes chart so she has a bit more work to do if she wants to emulate her ex-husband Peter Andre, who scored a series of top 10 hits with some of his latest releases. Speaking about X Factor, Katie added: ‘I think everyone wants to be a judge on that show. ‘My job is about looks and what other people look like – I have a fair opinion.’ However a spokesman for X Factor said there were currently no plans to hire Price
