Making the most of the summer sunshine, David Duchovny and Tea Leoni were spotted on the beach in Malibu yesterday afternoon (July 18). Joined by their kids and some friends, the “Californication” actor and the “Spanglish” babe looked to be having a blast together. Sherri Shepherd found sex pics of her husband with his mistress

‘View’ co-host Sherri Shepherd’s divorce got pretty nasty today, when she had to admit on the stand that she found pictures of her husband having sex with someone else while her newborn was in ICU. Shepherd has a preemie that weighed 1 pound, 10 ounces. While the baby was in neonatal intensive care for several months, Shepherd went back and forth from the hospital to her home quite often. When she returned home one day, she discovered pictures of her husband, Jeff Tarpley, having sex with a woman, who he later impregnated. Soon after finding the photos, Shepherd filed for divorce in 2006.
